Community Guidelines
These are the community guidelines (“Community Guidelines”) of BBE Health Limited (trading as The Well HQ), a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with company number 12845825 whose registered office is at Camburgh House, 27 New Dover Road, Canterbury, Kent, United Kingdom, CT1 3DN (referring to ourselves as “The Well HQ”, “we”, “us” and “our” in these Guidelines).
These Community Guidelines form part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our Course Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) .
When you enrol into one of our course programmes (each a “Course”), you will also be able to join a dedicated Course forum (“Forum”) allowing you to post content, ask questions and generally interact with other Course members and The Well HQ staff.
These Community Guidelines are set to seek to keep each Forum safe and enjoyable for every Course member.

What you cannot do on a Forum
Without limitation, when posting or uploading content on the Forum, you agree not to:
- upload threatening, embarrassing, hateful, racially or ethnically insulting, libellous, defamatory, malicious or otherwise inappropriate content or incite or encourage anyone else to do so;
- upload content that may be reasonably considered as “junk”, “spam”, “chain letters” or “pyramid schemes”;
- upload material (e.g., virus) that is damaging to computer systems or data of The Well HQ or users of the Forum or otherwise use the Forum in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Forum;
- upload copyrighted material that is not your own or that you do not have the legal right to distribute, display, and otherwise make available to others;
- upload content that includes the names or other details of any individual without their express permission;
- upload content that will cause any widespread or serious offense (taking into account prevailing community views or standards);
- upload content that contains any unlawful material;
- use the Forum to (or to attempt to) commercialise, promote or sell goods or services.
Monitoring
Each Forum will be monitored by members of The Well HQ staff. We reserve the right to remove or edit content posted on a Forum by Course members if we consider in our full discretion that it is in breach of these Community Guidelines or any other provisions of the Terms.
Forum Ban
If a Course member is found in our reasonable opinion to abuse and/or repeatedly breach the Community Guidelines or any other provisions of the Terms we may in our full discretion ban that member from the Forum.
